Note: All prices are in US dollars and do not include Hotel Tax – 9% & Service Charge – 5%. Hotel taxes are subject to regulatory rate changes, due to government regulations. Rates are per night based on occupancy. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement from December 21st through January 5th. Management reserves the right to make changes to the room reserved to another similar unit.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Zelle as payment at the hotel.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel 15 days or more before 6:00 PM CST on the date of check-in are charged no fee.
Travelers who cancel between 15 and 7 days before 6:00 PM CST on the date of check-in are charged 20% of the booking amount. No refund for any cancellation for stay December 21 through January 5.
Travelers who cancel less than 7 days before 6:00 PM on the date of check-in (including no shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
We recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of travel delays, bad weather, illness, or personal situation preventing your travel. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation.

Within 7 days of arrival, we will charge your card provided with your reservation and obtain your arrival information, as we provide complimentary airport pick up at the Placencia Airstrip. Payment Exception – we will charge your card 30 days prior to arrival for stay December 21 through January 5. Payment is Non-refundable, you may be eligible for a discretionary credit good for up to 12 months. Check-in is 2 pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival. Check-out is at 11 am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check-in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amenities.
Terms & Conditions
All prices are set by the competitive market and confirmed bookings are not price changeable. Guest agrees to pay the listed rate when the reservation is confirmed. This is also for all reservations arranged through third parties, booking websites, travel agents, etc.
